Kenneth G. Schivone, Principal & Legal Counsel

Mr. Schivone has been an accomplished attorney since 1972 and has more than 25 years of experience representing equipment leasing organizations in all facets of the business, including contract enforcement, collection strategies, and litigation and bankruptcy proceedings. Under his leadership, United Portfolio Management has grown steadily since its inception in 1989, providing services ranging from total management of non-performing portfolios in liquidation to handling a few key, so-called "uncollectible" accounts for individual clients.
